巨噬细胞移动抑制因子在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophagemigrationinhibitoryfactor,MIF)在正常卵巢、卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤、卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:用SP免疫组化法,测定5例正常卵巢、8例卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤、42例上皮性卵巢癌组织及21例转移的大网膜或淋巴结中MIF的表达。结果:MIF蛋白在正常卵巢滤泡上皮、卵巢良性肿瘤上皮、上皮性卵巢癌细胞的胞浆中表达,上皮性卵巢癌42例中18例(42·9%)同时有细胞核内的表达。MIF在细胞浆内的表达强度与临床分期有关,III~IV期高于I~II期,两者差异有显著性(P<0·05),而与组织学分化程度无关(P>0·05)。在转移的淋巴结或大网膜组织中MIF表达与原发部位差异有显著性(P<0·05)。结论:MIF与上皮性卵巢癌的发生,尤其是与肿瘤的浸润与转移有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in normal ovarian tissues,ovarian benign tumor tissues and ovarian epithelial cancer (OEC).Methods:Expression of MIF protein was determined using immunohistochemistry(IHC) in 5 cases of normal ovarian tissues,8 ovarian benign tumor tissues,42 ovarian epithelial cancer tissues,and 21 metastatic lymph node or metastatic omentum.Results:MIF protein was observed in the cytoplasm of follicular epithelium,benign tumor cells,OEC cells and metastatic cancer cells.Positive MIF staining was also observed in the nuclei of OEC cells from 18 patients(42.9%).The expression of MIF in advanced stage (III~IV) was higher than that in early stage (I~II) (P<0.05).The expression of MIF was higher in the lymphonode and omental metastasis than that in primary carcinoma within the ovary (P<0.05).Conlusion:MIF may play an important role in tumor pathogenesis,especially the development and matastasis of ovarian epithelial cancer.
