| 摘 要： | 本文所探讨的内容主要是如何利用平衡计分卡将医院的长期发展战略目标逐层分解转化为各种具体的相互平衡的绩效考核指标体系。并对这些指标的实现状况进行不同时段的考核,从而为战略目标的完成建立起可靠的执行基础的绩效管理体系。本文通过五个步骤具体阐述了平衡计分卡这一理论在我院的战略实施与绩效管理方面的具体运用。
