Abstract: | Summary The revolving door flap has been used very successfully for reconstruction of the central conchal area [5, 6]. In addition to this it has been modified in order to resurface the following areas of the ear, e.g. inferior concha, scapha, external ear canal. This has provided rapid reconstruction with results which are reliable and aesthetically and functionally satisfactory. |
