| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿咽部高热液烫伤的早期急救处理及其重要性。方法：报告3例小儿咽部高热液烫伤的早期处理，主要是咽喉部烫伤的处理，一旦有气管切开的指征，必须立即行气管切开以缓解呼吸困难。结果，经早期急救，均治愈，未发生并发症。结论：早期急救必须抓住急性咽喉水肿和针对咽喉水肿进行处理，如切开咽喉部高度水肿的粘膜药液消肿，雾化吸人地塞米松和麻黄素消除水肿和气管切开解除呼吸困难。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate measures for emergency treatment of pediatric mouth and throat scald at the early stage and its significance. Method: 3 cases of such disease were reported. Whenever it shows signs that tracheotomy is need-ed, do it immediately to relieve dyspnea. Result: All the patients cured. No complications occurred. Conclusion: It is most important to take care of the edema in the throat and measures should be taken to relieve it, e.g. aerosol inhalation of dexamethasone and ephedrine to subside edema. |
