米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤和子宫内膜异位症的临床效果

为评价米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤及子宫内膜异位症的临床效果，选择绝经前子宫肌瘤患者40例及子宫内膜异位症患者26例，采用米非司酮12.5mg，1次／d，共90d。观察子宫、肌瘤及卵巢巧克力囊肿（巧囊）体积和血雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）的变化。结果表明，治疗后子宫、肌瘤及巧囊体积均有不同程度缩小，临床症状改善，P明显降低，无严重副反应发生。结论：米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤和子宫内膜异位症是安全有效的。

Clinical Observations on Hysteromyoma and Endometriosis Treated by Mifeproston

To evaluate the clinical effect of mifeproston on hysteromyoma and endometriosis，40 cases of hysteromyomaand 26 cases of endometriosis were treated With mifeproston 12.5 mg per day for up to 90 days． Volumes of uter－us,myoma and chocolate cyst and levels of plasma estradlol(E2) and progestln(P) were observed． The results in－dicated that the volumes of uterus,myoma and chocolate cyst were reduced and clinical symptoms were im-proved.The level of progestin reduced significantly after treatment. There were no severe side reactions.It is con－cluded that mifeproston is safe and effective in treating hysteromyoma and endometriosis．
