川芎嗪防治大鼠慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压的作用

摘    要:本文研究了川芎嗪对大鼠慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压的预防及治疗效果。结果显示,川芎嗪经口服(100mg/kg)和腹腔注射(80mg/kg),每日二次,均可防止慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压及右心室肥大的发生。在已患慢性肺动脉高压的大鼠,静脉注射川芎嗪(80mg/kg)显著增加心输出量,降低肺血管阻力及肺动脉压力,其降压作用比正常及急性缺氧性肺动脉高压时更为明显。这提示川嗪芎可用于预防及治疗慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压及肺压病。

Abstract:The efficacy of tetramethylpyrazine in the prevention and treatment of chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension has been studied in rats. The results showed that chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular hypertrophy could be prevented by giving tetramethylpyrazine in an oral dose of 100 mg/kg or intraperitoneal dose of 80mg/kg twice daily. In rats with chronic pulmonary hypertension, intravenous infusion of 80 mg/kg of tetramethylpyrazine dramatically increased the cardiac output and decreased the pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance, the changes in pressure and resistance being more striking as compared with those in control rats and rats with acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. It is suggested that tetramethylpyrazine may be worth to be used in the prevention and treatment of chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and cor pulmonale.
