| 摘 要： | 在医疗卫生机构中,综合医院独占鳌头的实力与能力毋庸置疑。实力意味着责任,能力意味着水平,正是综合医院的体量和能量使得其成为包括新发传染病人在内的绝大多数病患就医的首选。从多角度考虑,特别是新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情带给我们的经验教训,深刻反思建设和管理等方面存在的漏洞,充分认识到综合医院迫切需要加强以疫情防控为主的应急能力建设。

| Abstract: | Among medical institutions,there is no doubt that the comprehensive hospital has the best capacity.The capacity means the responsibility and the ability.Because of the capacity and ability,the comprehensive hospital becomes the first choice of most patients.From multiple aspects,especially the experience and lessons from COVID-19,the loopholes of the construction and management are thought about.It is urgent for comprehensive hospitals to strengthen the emergency capacity of epidemic prevention and control of the comprehensive hospital. |
