在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中,医务人员作为抗击的中坚力量,他们的身心健康是抗疫成功的重要保证。分析了抗疫期间可能引发医务人员应激反应的多重应激源,包括疾病本身、家庭、工作强度、工作角色、患者以及外界舆论,并从政府及行业主管部门、医疗机构、医务人员自身3个方面提出应对策略,以维护医务人员身心健康,从而更好地抗击疫情。

Stress Situation of the Medical Staff and Correspondent Strategies in COVID-19 Epidemic Situation

As the main force of withstanding the COVID-19 outbreak,the physical and mental health of medical staff are of great significance in this period.In order to maintain the physical and mental health of the medical staff to withstand the epidemic better,multiple stressors,including the disease itself,family,work strength,professional role,patients and public opinion,that might trigger the medical personnel’s stress responses during this period are analyzed,and some strategies are proposed from three levels,including the government and relevant competent authorities,medical institutions and the medical personnel themselves.
