医疗机构新型冠状病毒核酸检测的生物安全管理实践

自2019年12月以来,以我国湖北省武汉市为中心暴发的新型冠状病毒肺炎成为重大突发公共卫生事件。新型冠状病毒核酸检测结果作为确诊依据,急需有条件的临床机构开展检测项目。通过对医疗机构快速开展新型冠状病毒核酸检测工作、做好生物安全管理实践的总结,文章认为严格执行各项规章制度、进行实地演练及培训、注重细节管理,是做好生物安全管理、避免在院内产生次生生物安全危害的有效手段。

Biosafety Management Practice on COVID-19 Testing in Medical Institutions

The outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan City,Hubei Province has become the most serious public health event since December,2019.The result of COVID-19 nucleic acid testing is the crucial diagnostic indicator.It is urgent to implement the testing job in qualified clinical institutions to quick diagnosis.The article is attempted to summarize some key points of biosafety management practice.It is considered that rigorous enforcement of rules and regulations,on-site walkthrough and training,attention to detail management are effective approaches to biosafety management and avoid secondary biosafety hazards in the hospital.
