全程优化急诊护理在急性脑梗死中的抢救效果分析

目的:主要分析全程优化急诊护理在急性脑梗死患者抢救中的应用价值.方法:我院于2018年3月开始在急诊科实施全程优化急诊护理,分别选取实施前(2017年1月~2018年2月)、实施后(2018年4月~2019年4月)间各收治的77例急性脑梗死患者为观察对象.结果:比较不同时间段患者的患者抢救成功率,实施前为72.73%(56/77),实施后为98.71%(76/77),组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:全程优化急诊护理在急性脑梗死患者护理中具有满意的应用价值,有助于保证抢救成功率,因此应该在临床上做进一步推广.

Analysis of the Whole Process Optimization of Emergency Nursing in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To analyze the value of optimizing emergency nursing in the rescue of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:77 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated before implementation(January 2017to February 2018)and after implementation(April 2018 to April 2019)were selected from March 2018 to March 2018.Results:The success rate of rescue was 72.73%(56/77)before implementation and 98.71%(76/77)after implementation.There was significant difference between the two groups.The significance was(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing emergency nursing in the whole process has satisfactory application value in the nursing of patients with acute cerebral infarction,which is helpful to ensure the success rate of rescue,so it should be further popularized in clinic.
