| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脊柱侧弯矫正患者的护理方法和效果.方法:在我院收治的脊柱侧弯矫正患者中选取56例,起止时间是2017年3月~2019年6月.按照入院编号分成两个小组:常规护理28例作为对照组,整体护理干预28例作为试验组,评定护理效果.结果:护理后,两组VAS评分降低、JOA评分提高,且试验组评分优于对照组(P<0.05).在术后并发症上,试验组出现1例(3.6%),少于对照组的7例(25.0%),差异显著(P<0.05).结论:针对脊柱侧弯矫正患者,实施整体护理能减少术后并发症,促进腰椎功能康复,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the nursing method and effect of patients with scoliosis correction.Methods:56 patients with scoliosis correction were selected from March 2017 to June 2019.According to the admission number,28 cases were divided into 2 groups:28 cases of routine nursing as control group and 28 cases of holistic nursing intervention as experimental group.Results:After nursing,the VAS score of the two groups decreased and the JOA score increased,and the score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were 1 case(3.6%)in the experimental group,which was less than 7 cases(25.5%)in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole nursing can reduce the postoperative complications and promote the rehabilitation of the lumbar function. |
