强直性脊柱炎中西医结合治疗前后磁共振对比

目的:探讨强直性脊柱炎中西医结合治疗前后磁共振(MRI)表现与临床疗效的关系。方法:将临床确诊强直性脊柱炎患者50例分为两组。中西医结合治疗组(补肾强督汤+西医常规治疗)和西医对照组(西医常规治疗)。治疗前、后均进行MRI平扫+增强检查及X线检查。对比治疗前后临床症状、MRI及X线影像学改变。结果:中西医结合治疗组有效率为96%,西医对照组有效率为76%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后MRI显示关节周围强化程度减弱、软骨侵蚀无增加、骨髓水肿减轻或消失、关节积液减少、异常脂肪沉积减少。治疗前后的强直性脊柱炎患者X线检查对比无明显变化。结论:中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎较单纯西医治疗疗效好,MRI能有效评价强直性脊柱炎治疗效果,临床上可推广应用。

Comparison of MRI findings in ankylosing spondylitis pre-and post-treatment with cooperation of chinese and western medicine
