| 摘 要： | 目的研究齿贝栓菌（Trametes cervina （Schw.） Bres）发酵液的化学成分。方法齿贝栓菌发酵液的乙酸乙酯部位经硅胶、Rp-18、Sephadex LH-20等多种材料进行分离,波谱学鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为二甲异咯嗪（1）、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇（2）、N-乙酰酪胺（3）、对羟基苯乙醇（4）、2,3-丁二醇（5）、对羟基苯甲酸（6）、对羟基苯乙酸（7）、对羟基苯丙酸（8）、尿嘧啶（9）和二氢尿嘧啶（10）。结论以上化合物均为首次从该种真菌中分得,其中化合物3、8、10首次从该属真菌中发现。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the fermentation broth of Trametes cervina(Schw.) Bres.Methods The ethyl acetate extracts of Trametes cervina(Schw.)
