子午流注蜂针治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

目的观察子午流注蜂针对强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis,AS）的疗效及安全性。方法将80例AS患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例用子午流注蜂针治疗,对照组40例用柳氮磺胺吡啶（sul-fasalazine,SSZ）、双氯芬酸钠治疗;两组均以4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效,观测患者血沉（erythro-sedimentation,ESR）、C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein,CRP）、Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动性指数（Bath ASdisease activity index,BAS-DAI）、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数（Bath AS functional index,BASFI）、晨僵时间、全身疼痛和脊柱疼痛Likert 4级积分、患者和医生的总体评价积分,同时观察药物的不良反应。结果两组治疗前后ESR、CRP明显下降,BAS-DAI、BASFI等各项观察指标有明显改善,治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为77.5%和80.0%,两组比较差异无统计意义（P〉0.05）。但不良反应的发生率治疗组为7.5%,对照组为25%。结论子午流注蜂针治疗AS疗效与SSZ联合双氯芬酸钠相近,但其不良反应较少。

Bee-Acupuncture Based on Midnight-Noon and Ebb-Flow Doctrine for Ankylosing Spondylitis
