| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Kugel手术(腹膜前间隙内衬置片无张力疝修补术)在疝环充填式无张力疝修补术后复发中的临床效果与手术方式。方法回顾性分析2002年7月～2007年8月期间3,5例疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝术后复发再次行Kugel手术(腹膜前间隙内衬置片无张力疝修补术)病例(男性28例,女性7例)。前次手术属II型4例,Ⅲ型25例I,V型6例。35例腹股沟疝复发时间为3～32个月不等。结果手术时间平均(40±15)min,患者术后6～24 h下床活动,无切口皮下积血、切口感染及腹股沟区异物感等,随访无复发情况。结论 Kugel手术安全有效,术后恢复快,对于疝环充填式无张力疝修补术后复发疗效满意,具有推广应用价值。
