| 摘 要： | 目的了解该院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对该院2007～2009年各科室上报的134例ADR报告进行回顾性的分类、统计分析。结果该院ADR报告例数最多的为临床科室,静脉给药途径引发的ADR最多,占总报告例数的64.18%;抗感染药物的ADR发生率最高,占48.51%;皮肤及其附件损害最常见,占总报告例数的23.13%。结论医院应重视ADR监测,做好ADR分析评价工作,以保证药物治疗安全有效。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions(ADR)occurring in second people'sHospital if luan for reference of clinical rational drug use.Methods 134 ADR cases collected from 2007 to 2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 134 ADR cases,64.18% were administered intravenously,48.51% associated with antibacterials,and 23.13% manifested as lesions of skin and the appendages.Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring as well as t... |
