| 摘 要： | 目的探讨炎琥宁注射剂所致不良反应(ADR)的规律和特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对1998～2009年国内医药期刊报道的炎琥宁注射剂所致ADR文献进行统计分析。结果337例ADR中,男、女患者分别占47.77%和52.23%,儿童发生比例相对较高(38.28%),ADR大多发生在用药20 min内,主要以皮肤及其附件损害(50.15%)和全身性损害(17.80%)为主。结论临床应当严格对炎琥宁注射剂的使用,重视其不良反应。

| Abstract: | Aim To discuss the general characteristics of the ADRs induced by yanhuning injection,and to provide guidelines for rational drug use in clinics.Methods The ADR cases induced by yanhuning injection reported in domestic medical journals from 1998 to 2009 were collected and statistically analyzed.Results Among the 337 ADR cases,the proportions of the male and female patients were 47.77% and 52.23%,and the proportions of ADR that happened to children was relatively high(38.28%).Most of the ADR induced by yanhu... |
