| 摘 要： | 目的总结采用以大剂量阿糖胞苷（Ara-C）为主的联合化疗方案对儿童急性白血病进行治疗的不良反应、防治措施及效果。方法 45例初诊急性白血病患儿诱导治疗达到完全缓解（CR）后予以大剂量Ara-C为主的联合巩固化疗（每次Ara-C 2.0 g/m2）,观察90例次治疗中出现的不良反应及防治效果。结果所有患儿均出现明显骨髓抑制,且部分患儿出现相关感染,但对症支持治疗后获缓解;药物热、皮疹、口腔炎和结膜炎也是常见的不良反应;肝脏、肾脏、心脏及神经毒性少见。结论在大剂量Ara-C治疗过程中采用积极有效的综合防治措施,能够使患儿安全完成巩固诱导治疗。
