白鹃梅嫩叶及花序中重金属和农药残留检测

摘    要:目的对白鹃梅嫩叶及花序的重金属和农药残留量进行测定,为白鹃梅嫩叶及花序的进一步开发利用提供参考。方法运用原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光光度计法和气相色谱法测定白鹃梅嫩叶及花序中重金属和农药残留的含量。结果测得直接晒干的白鹃梅嫩叶及花序中砷、铅、铜的含量分别为0.147 1、3.399 70、.187 4 mg/kg,六氯环己烷(benzene hexachloride,BHC)含量为0.04 mg/kg,汞、镉和二氯二苯三氯乙烷(dichlorodiphenyl trichloroethane,DDT)均未检出。测得煮后晒干的白鹃梅嫩叶及花序中砷、铅、铜含量分别为0.187 5、1.631 2、0.193 1 mg/kg,BHC含量为0.06 mg/kg,汞、镉和DDT均未检出。结论白鹃梅嫩叶及花序中重金属和农药残留的含量均未超标,符合食用标准。
