91例妊娠期血小板减少症孕妇的分娩结局分析

目的探讨妊娠期血小板减少症孕妇的分娩结局及分娩前后血小板数的变化情况。方法采用回顾性分析方法,将91例妊娠期血小板减少症孕妇与同期分娩的91例无妊娠合并症及并发症孕妇对比,观察分娩方式、产后出血量、产前产后血小板数、新生儿出血情况。结果观察组剖宫产率41.75%,对照组54.94%。观察组出血量平均﹙200±102.74﹚ml,对照组出血量为﹙217±101.17﹚ml,P=0.26,差异无统计学意义。观察组产前及产后3 d血小板分别为﹙74.05±14.35﹚×10^9/L与（109.42±27.25）×10^9/L（P=0.00）;对照组产前及产后3 d血小板分别为﹙148.76±33.83﹚×10^9/L,（178.38±41.11）×10^9/L（P=0.00）;两组产前与产后血小板相比差异有统计学意义。新生儿无一例发生颅内出血。结论妊娠期血小板减少症孕妇分娩后,血小板能迅速自行恢复,产后出血无增加,分娩结局良好;正确鉴别与处理妊娠期血小板减少症,可避免过度治疗对母儿造成不必要的伤害及医疗资源的浪费。

Labor outcome analysis of 91 patients with gestational thrombocytopenia
