摘    要:目的观察和评估搔刮加小针刀内括约肌切断术治疗肛裂的临床疗效。方法将120例肛裂病人随机分为两组,小针刀组行搔刮加小针刀内括约肌切断术(78例),传统组行开放式内括约肌切开术(42例),随访6~12个月。结果两种术式的治愈率无显著差别(P>0.05),但是在术后愈合时间,住院时间,术后并发症的发生等方面,有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论搔刮加小针刀内括约肌切断术治疗肛裂,具有微创,彻底,痛苦小,术后并发症少等优点,且操作简单,适合临床广泛应用。
