| 摘 要： | 目的了解基层医生对高血压防治相关知识掌握情况,评价集中专题培训的效果。方法采用依据《中国高血压防治指南》基层版编制的知识问卷对290名基层医生进行调查,对其进行高血压防治知识进行集中专题培训,然后使用相同的知识问卷再次进行调查。结果培训后基层医生对高血压防治相关知识掌握程度明显高于培训前,10个题目回答正确率高于培训前,差异有统计学意义;培训前社区卫生服务站医务人员2个题目回答正确率高于校医院及机关医院医务人员,差异有统计学意义。结论对基层医生进行高血压防治相关知识培训后,其对《中国高血压防治指南》基层版相关内容的掌握明显提高,该方法是提高我国基层高血压防治的有效方法。
