摘    要:目的 采用比色法测定丙戊酸镁微丸的溶出度.方法 利用镁离子与偶氮氯膦Ⅰ形成稳定的络合物,确定适宜的测定条件,建立丙戊酸镁体外测定方法.结果 镁离子与偶氮氯膦Ⅰ在pH=10.0的氨性缓冲液环境中,形成稳定的紫红色络合物,该络合物在574 nm波长处有最大吸收.供试品中镁离子浓度在2.5~25.0 mg·L-1 范围内与吸...

Abstract:Aim To establish a method of colorimetry to determine the dissolution of Magnesium valproate pellets.Methods Mg2+ and chlorophosphonazo-I formed stable purplish red complex with the determination of appropriate conditions,and the in vitro analytical methodology of Magnesium valproate was established.Results In pH 10 ammonia buffer solution,reagent CPA-I and Mg2+ formed a stable purplish red complex with the maximum absorption at 574 nm.The linear range for Mg2+ was 2.5~25.0 mg·L-1(r=0.999 7),with the precision of RSD5% and average recovery of 100.4%~101.9%.Conclusion The colorimetric method is sensitive,accurate and easy to operate.It could be used for detecting the dissolution of Magnesium valproate pellets.
