肺气虚证与肺阳虚证大鼠血气分析及血液流变学比较

摘    要:目的探讨血气分析及血液流变学在肺气虚证和肺阳虚证大鼠中的变化及其作用。方法将雌雄Wistar大鼠30只随机分为对照组、肺气虚组、肺阳虚组,其中肺气虚证组模型单纯烟熏(香烟、锯末,0.5h/d),肺阳虚证组采用烟熏和寒冷刺激(0-2℃,每次2 h,每日2次),以上各组连续处理7周后取大鼠腹主动脉血,进行血气分析和血液流变学检测。结果与对照组比较,肺气虚证组和肺阳虚证组大鼠血液pH值降低,动脉氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen,PO2)和血氧饱和度(saturation of blood oxygen,SaO2)显著下降,而二氧化碳分压(partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PCO2)显著升高(P〈0.05,或P〈0.01);且肺阳虚证组pH、PO2和SaO2显著低于肺气虚证组,PCO2显著高于肺气虚证组(P〈0.05,或P〈0.01)。与对照组比较,肺气虚证组、肺阳虚证组全血黏度高切、中切、低切和血浆黏度均显著增高(P〈0.05,或P〈0.01)。结论血气分析和血液流变学的异常改变为肺气虚证和肺阳虚证提供客观实验依据,且血气分析指标的异常可能是肺阳虚证区别肺气虚证的重要指标之一。
