| 摘 要： | 目的从临床的角度探讨血清Her-2/neu胞外域部分(ECD)与肿瘤组织Her-2/neu表达之间的相关性及与临床特征的关系。方法初治胃癌患者46例进入研究,术前收集血清,采用ELISA方法检测Her-2/neu ECD水平,术后采用免疫组化方法对组织标本进行Her-2/neu表达的检测;同时获取15例正常人、22例胃良性病变患者血清为对照。结果胃癌患者中,7/46(15%)血清Her-2/neu ECD水平高于正常,组织Her-2/neu表达阳性者中38%血清Her-2/neu阳性,而组织表达阴性者中仅6%血清Her-2/neu ECD阳性,二者有相关性(P<0.05)。血清Her-2/neu ECD水平与年龄,性别,T分期,淋巴结转移,术后病理分期及肿瘤分化程度均无相关性(P>0.05);组织Her-2/neu表达与年龄,性别,T分期,术后病理分期及肿瘤分化程度均无相关性(P>0.05),但与有无转移淋巴结有相关性(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清Her-2/neu ECD与肿瘤组织Her-2/neu表达有一致性,前者可以作为后者的补充检测方法。
