| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜下和经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效及优缺点.方法 对81例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术(腹腔镜组)和同期65例经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术(阴式组)的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 两组在剔除肌瘤最大直径、术后排气时间及住院天数比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);阴式组在手术时间、术中出血、剔除肌瘤个数上均明显优于腹...

| Abstract: | Aim To compare clinical efficacy and features of two vaginal myomectomy.Methods The clinical data of 65 cases of transvaginal myomectomy(transvaginal group)and 81 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy(laparoscopic group)were retrospectiely analyzed in this study.Results No significant difference was detected in the length of resected myomas,recovery time of gastroin testinal function and length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).However,transvaginal group showed significantly shorter operation time,... |
