| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大前庭水管综合征患者人工耳蜗植入术的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析2003年6月～2010年6月该院18例行人工耳蜗植入的大前庭水管综合征患者的临床资料,并对术后听力言语康复结果进行随访。结果术中15例电极全植入、3例不完全植入,其中5例出现轻度"井喷"、1例严重"井喷";术后随访0.5～6.5年,无脑脊液漏、颅内感染、面瘫等并发征,声场纯音听力水平在25～46 dBSPL,平均为34.5 dBSPL,言语可懂度67%～88%,平均为78.3%。结论经严格的术前评估、积极的术中处理及术后正规的听觉言语康复训练,大前庭水管综合征患者的人工耳蜗植入是安全、有效的。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the safety and effectiveness of cochlear implantation in patients with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome.Methods Clinical data of 18 cases of cochlear implantation in patients with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome from June 2003 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed and the postoperative results of hearing and speech rehabilitation were followed-up.Results 15 cases received complete electrode insertion and 3 cases incomplete in the cochlear,and slight gusher appeared in 5 implantation... |
