| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expression and biological effects of activin-A in the peri-implantation mouse endometrium.Methods Endometrium samples were collected from nonpregnant(estrous stage),pregnant and pseudo-pregnant mice on day 2,3,4,5 and 6 of gestation.The expression of activin-A was examined by immunohistochemistry staining and image analysis.Results Immunostaining of activin-A was located in endometrial,glandular epithelialand decidual cells.Activin-A was expressed weakly in the endometrium of nonpre... |
