| 摘 要： | 目的 通过3.0 T MRI检查,探讨时间分辨对比剂技术的磁共振血管造影在脊髓动静脉畸形诊断中的价值.方法 回顾性分析10例脊髓动静脉畸形患者的时间分辨对比剂技术血管成像,所有患者均使用8通道相控阵列线圈.结果 髓内3例,髓周5例,硬膜外2例.10例中8例可见明显迂曲的流空血管影.经Gd-DTPA增强扫描,9例见异常迂...
