| 摘 要： | 目的观察剖宫产术后应用喷他佐辛静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)对产妇血浆泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)浓度的影响。方法选择足月妊娠拟行剖宫产孕妇150例,随机分为喷他佐辛组、芬太尼组和对照组,每组50例。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)测评产妇镇痛程度,用放射免疫分析法测定术前、术后24 h及术后48 h血浆PRL浓度。结果两镇痛组术后24 h4、8 h血浆PRL水平显著较对照组高(P0.05或0.01),VAS评分低于对照组(P0.01)。结论剖宫产术后采用喷他佐辛自控静脉镇痛效果确切。
