| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT引导经皮穿刺注射生物蛋白胶(FG)治疗骶管囊肿的操作方法及其疗效.方法 对于有临床症状骶管囊肿20例患者在CT引导下定位穿刺并注入非离子型造影剂(碘海醇),依据囊肿与蛛网膜下腔是否相通分为A(n=12)、B(n=8)两组,通过Oswestry和VAS评分、MRI评价比较治疗前和治疗后临床疗效.结果 所有患...
