| 摘 要： | 目的评价小儿腹股沟斜疝腹腔镜手术的方法和及其疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年8月至2010年2月130例小儿腹股沟斜疝行腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术的临床资料。结果手术均顺利完成,平均手术时间25 min。发现隐性疝5例,阴囊积气2例,切口线结反应1例,复发1例。结论腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝外科手术治疗创伤小、住院时间短、安全、疗效可靠。
