胎膜早破与母婴关系的临床分析

目的:探讨胎膜早破与难产的关系及胎膜早破对新生儿的影响。方法:对2003年1月至2003年8月我院收治的胎膜早破110例进行回顾性分析,并随机抽取同期分娩无胎膜早破230例作为临床对照组。结果:胎膜早破组的剖宫产率、早产率、新生儿窒息、新生儿颅内出血、新生儿肺炎发生率明显高于对照组,胎膜早破与早产及新生儿窒息等并发症之间关系密切。结论:胎膜早破与难产互为因果关系并可增加新生儿窒息等发生率,对不同孕周胎膜早破应采取不同的治疗方法,以期减少母婴并发症。

Clinical Analysis of Premature Rupture of Membranes and the Effect to Mothers and Children

Objective: To explore the relationship of premature rupture of membranes (PROM)and dystosia, and evaluate the effect to mothers and children. Methods: 110 cases of patients in hospital were analysed retrospectively from January to August in 2003. 110 cases of them were diagnosed as PROM. And 230 cases delivered in hospital without PROM were selected randomly as clinical compare. Results: The incidence of cesarean section rate, premature delivery rate, neonate asphyxia rate, neonate intracranial hemorrhage and neonate pneumonia in PROM group were significantly higher than the compare group. The rupture time of membrane is associated with premature delivery and some neonate complication. Conclusion: PROM is one of the reasons of dystocia. The therapeutic methods to the patients with PROM in different pregnant time should be different.
