| 摘 要： | 目的:检测慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平,探讨sICAM-1I、L-18变化规律及临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sICAM-1、IL-18水平进行测定。结果:慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sICAM-1(698.64±270.14)I、L-18(45.94±4.33)水平均明显高于健康对照组sICAM-1(214.62±72.31)(P<0.01)I、L-18(5.13±3.24)(P<0.01);且二者呈正相关(r=0.4464,P<0.01)。结论:sICAM-1I、L-18可能参与慢性肝炎的损伤过程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum sICAM-1 and IL-18 levels in the patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods: The sICAM-1 and IL-18 levels in serum of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected by ELISA.Results:The sICAM-1(698.64±270.14)and IL-18(45.94±4.33)levels were significantly higher than those in healthy groups(sICAM-1(214.62±72.31)(P<0.01),IL-18(5.13±3.24)(P<0.01)];Moreover,there was a close positive correlations between sICAM-1 and IL-18(r=0.4464,P<0.01).Conclusion: The sICAM-1 and IL-18 maybe participate in liver inflammatory injury process. |
