中国汉族人群Toll样受体2基因多态性与肺结核易感性之间关系

目的 检测中国汉族人群特异TLR2基因多态性，并分析与结核病易感性之间关系。 方法 在小样本中测序检测TLR2基因中可能存在的基因多态性，再用连接酶特异检测技术在大样本进行SNP分型，并通过统计学方法分析基因多态性与结核病易感性之间相关性。 结果 共检测到6个基因多态性，它们在结核病患者与健康人之间等位基因、基因型以及单配体型上差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 TLR2基因多态性并不是中国汉族人群结核病发病的重要危险因素。

Relationship between toll-like receptor 2 gene polymorphism and pulmonary tuberculosis in Chinese Han population
