从肺肠微生态变化研究肺与大肠的相关性

摘    要:目的从微生态角度探索"肺与大肠相表里"的机制。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、肺病组(过敏性哮喘)、肠病组(便秘)和肺肠同病组(过敏性哮喘合便秘),每组10只,收集各组大鼠的支气管肺泡灌洗液和粪便样本,进行肺部和肠道菌群主要微生物种类与含量检测。结果与空白对照组比较,肺病组、肺肠同病组大鼠的肺部菌群及3组大鼠的肠道菌群差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);肠病组大鼠的肺部菌群与肺病组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);肺肠同病组大鼠肺部菌群与肺病组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且肠道菌群与肠病组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肺病状态下可导致肠道菌群变化,肠病也可影响肺部菌群的变化,为"肺与大肠相表里"提供部分微生态学实验依据。
