甘肃省师范类院校大学生健康素养现状

目的了解甘肃师范院校大学生健康知识、健康生活方式与行为习惯、健康理念和健康技能掌握情况,为大学生的健康教育提供适宜方法。方法采用随机抽样方法,抽取陇东学院、天水师范学院、河西学院、兰州城市学院师范专业2009级2 153名学生,以不记名问卷方式进行调查。结果大学生总体健康知识知晓率为64.8%,健康生活方式与行为习惯形成率为71.1%,健康理念正确率为64.4%,健康技能掌握率为76.8%。学生获取健康素养相关知识的途径为书、刊、报、家庭等。结论甘肃省师范类院校大学生健康素养水平较低,健康知识掌握不平衡。应加强大学生健康教育工作。

Health literacy of college students in normal universities of Gansu Province
