| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤标志物在癌性胸腔积液诊断中的价值。方法应用免疫放射分析法对108例癌性胸腔积液和90例良性胸腔积液的CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE和CA153含量进行检测，并对结果进行比较分析。结果癌性胸腔积液中四种肿瘤标志物指标明显高于良性组(P<0.01),四项联检后的敏感性、特异性及准确性明显升高。结论肿瘤标志物CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE和CA153四项联检在癌性胸腔积液的诊断中具有明确的意义。
