浙江沿海地区小学生碘营养状况

目的了解浙江省沿海地区8~10岁学龄儿童碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样法抽取浙江省沿海地区10所小学共540名在校儿童,采集晨尿、血液和小学所在地食用盐、饮用水进行检测。结果沿海地区学龄儿童尿碘中位数为208.2μg/L,其中城市为189.7μg/L,农村为226.8μg/L;亚临床甲状腺功能减退检出率为0.93%;所在地盐碘中位数为27.0 mg/kg,合格率为82.2%;水碘中位数为5.7μg/L。结论浙江省沿海地区小学生碘营养状况较好,但农村地区碘盐合格率较低。应进一步加强合格碘盐的供应和监测工作。

Iodine nutrition of school-age children in coastal areas of Zhejiang Province
