| 摘 要： | 摘要：目的探讨肝细胞生长因子（Hepatocyte growth factor，HGF）对人结肠癌细胞株SW620的增殖和侵袭能力的影响。方法应用MTT法分析HGF对SW620细胞增殖的影响，确定最佳促增殖浓度；应用基底膜重建实验和电镜观察HGF对细胞侵袭能力的影响；应用PCR技术检测HGF对MMP-2 mRNA表达的影响。结果当HGF浓度≥10ng/ml时促进SW620增殖且呈质量浓度依赖性； HGF明显促进SW620 移行且呈质量浓度依赖关系；加入 HGF 后，SW620细胞内的微丝明显增多，MMP-2表达水平升高。结论HGF可以在体外促进人结肠癌细胞SW620的增殖和移行。
