心电图指导下床边紧急心脏起搏的临床分析

目的:探讨体表心电图对标测电极导管进行床边紧急心脏起搏的指导价值。方法:48例患者均采用非X线条件下,以体表心电图为指导,经右股静脉插入电极导管行床边心脏起搏术,19例患者术后1~15d进行了导管位置的观察,对比研究起搏心电图与导管位置的关系。结果:电极导管到位率97.9%,心脏有效起搏率97.9%,体表心电图对床边电极导管插入时具有较高的定位价值,适用于多数患者。结论:体表心电图结合已送入的导管深度对床边电极导管进行快速准确心脏起搏具有指导意义。

Clinical study on guiding of electrocardiogram to bedside urgent cardiac pacing by invading electrode catheter

Objective: To evaluate the guiding value of electrocardiogram to bedside urgent cardiac pacing by invading mapping electrode catheter. Methods: In 48 cases,all electrode catheters were inserted through right femora vein without x-ray,and all hearts were urgently paced beside,the operation guided by electrocardiogram.on lst to 15th day after operation,19 cases of them,the location of the catheters was observed under fluoroscopy,the relationship between the morphology of electrocardiogram and the tip position were studied. Results: The rate of proper electrode catheter position was 97.9%.The rate of effective heart pacing was 97.9%.The supervising of electrocardiogram during the procedure was suitable for majority. Conclusion: The eleftrocardiogram is valuable in the guiding of the procedure of accurate and rapid bedside pacing.
