骨髓增生异常综合征患者血清肿瘤特异性生长因子水平及其临床意义

目的 :探讨骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)患者血清肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)水平的改变及其临床意义。方法 :测定 30例初治的 MDS患者及 2 0例对照组患者 TSGF水平 ,并监测 2 4例 MDS患者治疗后的 TSGF水平。结果 :初治 MDS(RAEB及 RAEB- T)患者治疗前 TSGF水平显著高于对照及 RA、RAS组患者 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,RA及 RAS患者治疗前后的 TSGF水平及与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,RAEB及 RAEB- T患者治疗缓解后血清 TSGF水平与治疗前相比呈下降趋势 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :TSGF水平测定有助于 MDS中 RAEB及 RAEB- T与良性血液病的鉴别 ,也有助于 MDS的分型诊断

THE CLINICAL VALUE OF TUMER SPECIFIC GROWTH FACTOR(TSGF) IN PATIENTS WITH MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROME

Objective:To investigate the levels of serum tumer specific growth factor (TSGF) in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) and its clinical implications.Methods:The TSGF levels in 30 MDS patients and 20 patients with control were measured, and so did the level of 24 MDS patients after treatment.Results:The TSGF level in RAEB and RAEB T of MDS was higher than that in control and RARAS of MDS ( P <0.05). No significant differences existed to the TSGF levels of control and RARAS of MDS, and the TSGF levels of RARAS before and after treatment. The TSGF level in RAEB and RAEB T decreased significantly after effective treatment.Conclusion:Determination of the serum TSGF levels in MDS may be useful in the differentiations with benign hematological diseases, and also helpful for the diagnosis of MDS type.
