HER2/neu是表皮生长因子受体家族的一个成员,该基因的扩增或过表达在近30%的乳腺癌的发生发展和转移中起着重要的作用,也是乳腺癌预后判断的一个重要的生物标志物、更是乳腺癌分子靶向治疗的一个重要靶标。近年来,针对HER2/neu蛋白已经研制出了多种有效的药物,最主要的和已经进入临床应用的是针对HER2/neu蛋白的单克隆抗体类药物。HER2/neu阳性的乳腺癌经联合治疗后,85%的患者的存活期可以达到5年以上。本文介绍了HER2/neu基因与蛋白及其作用通路,简介了HER2/neu的检测,重点介绍了以HER2/neu为靶标的单克隆抗体类药物治疗。

HER2/neu and its research progress in breast cancer treatment

HER2/neu is a member of the epidermal growth factor receptor family;its gene amplification or overexpress plays an important role in the development and metastasis of about 30% of breast cancers.Therefore,it is an important biological marker of breast cancer prognosis, especially an important target of breast cancer treatment.In recent years,a variety of effective medications have been developed targeting the HER2/neu protein, the most important of which has entered into clinical application being monoclonal antibody drugs against HER2/neu protein.
