| 摘 要： | 实施“七年制早期科研训练”是我校培养创新型高级医学人才的重要举措,几年来细胞生物学教研室积极实践,总结出了自己的一些经验和体会。同时针对目前“七年制早期科研训练”中存在的问题,提出了建立“学习型组织”的初步设想与计划,旨在进一步提高学生的学习和创新能力,提高教育教学的整体水平,努力培养出基础知识扎实、求知欲望强烈、富有创新意识和创新思维的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | The early training of scientific research for seven-year program students is an important step to foster inventive advanced medicine professionals.After several years'practice,the teachers of Department of Cell Biology have summed up some experiences.In addition,the project of establishing the learning fype organization is being considered to overcome the problems in the early training of scientific research.Then the students'learning and creative abilities as well as their whole educational level are to be improved.As a result,advanced talents with knowledge,strong curiosity and innovative thinking will be turned out. |
