| 摘 要： | 目的 :小鼠腹腔内注射VM - 2 6后毒性反应的观察。方法 :采用粘膜刺激试验和小鼠腹腔内注射 ,观察不同剂量在不同时间的病理改变。结果 :粘膜刺激试验表现为阴性。不同剂量在给药后不同时间病理损害仅表现在隔膜 /肌 ,以水肿、渗出、炎症多见 ,坏死很少发生 ,经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :VM - 2 6用于腹腔化疗是可行的、安全的、有临床前景的。

| Abstract: | Objective To Study the toxicity about intraperitoneal administration of VM-26 in mice.Method The toxicity was evaluated by the findings of mucosa stimulating test and pathological changes were observed with different dose in different time in internal organs in peritoneal cavity.Results The results of mucosa stimulating test were negative. Most of pathological findings were hydropic infiltration,inflamation, but rarely necrosis .The occurrence of the harm for different time with different dose ( P <0.005) only appeared in the diaphragm / phrenic muscles.Conclusion The study indicates that the intraperitoneal chemotherapy of VM-26 in curing ovarian cancer is feasible, securable and valuable. |
