髂内动脉及其分支的放射解剖学

采用大体解剖与Ｘ线造影相结合的方法，对照观测了３２具成年尸体的髂内动脉及其分支的起源、起点高度、径线、夹角及正位Ｘ线象等；描述了髂内动脉及其主要分支的影象特征．根据本文调查结果，讨论了盆内动脉影象识别方法，插管入路选择、方法等．

Radiologic Anatomical Study on Internal Iliac Artery and Its Branches

The diversity of the branches of the internal iliac artery,the overlap of the organs of pelvic carity resulted in difficulties in catheterization and in recognizing angiographic manifestations for some of the branches,especially for the arteries of organs of pelvic cavity.For this reason,the internal iliac arteries were studied by means of angiography and dissection with contrast on 32 adult cadavers,including the origin of their branches,their heights diameters,angles and angiographic manifestations, The characteristics of radiogram and methods of recognization of the internal iliac artery and its branches were described.The approach of catheterization of the internal iliac artery,and angiography of organs of pelvic cavity for interventional therapy were discussed.
