摘 要: | 目的该项研究为人参中五氯硝基苯残留量检测技术。方法试样中残留的五氯硝基苯采用正己烷-丙酮混合溶液提取,经浓硫酸净化,浓缩定容后,供气相色谱-质谱仪测定,外标法定量。结果最低检测限为0.004mg/kg;精密度为5.0% ̄7.2%;添加五氯硝基苯的回收率在86.5%~90.4%。结论该方法具有高效率、高灵敏度、准确度好、可靠性高等技术特点。

Abstract: | Objective Making a suitable method for determination of quintozene in panax by GC-MS. Methods The quintozene in sample was extracted with acetone- n-hexane, purified and condensed by oil of vitriol, then determinated by GC-MS and El. Results The detection limit is 0.004mg/kg; the exactitude is 5.0-7.2%; the callback rate is 86.5%-90.4%. Conclusion The method described here showed a high efficiency and sensitivity, and a good stability and reliability. |
