东莞口岸登革热媒介监测分析

摘    要:目的掌握东莞口岸登革热媒介的种类、密度及其与气候的关系,为做好口岸登革热蚊媒监测工作和预防登革热发生和传播提供科学依据。方法于2005年7 ̄10月在东莞口岸采用集卵器法定期收集蚊类幼虫以统计伊蚊密度,并全面检查房屋内有蚊类幼虫的容器数。结果此次调查共诱获蚊类幼虫586只,白纹伊蚊是主要的种类,共540只,伊蚊的密度为2.52只/集卵器,房屋指数平均为80.47%,容器指数为56.03%,布雷图指数平均为13.79。结论2005年度东莞口岸登革热媒介主要种类是白纹伊蚊,7 ̄10月份伊蚊密度较高,其中7月份的布雷图指数超过了20,说明对登革热的传播存在较大的潜在危险,需加强口岸的灭蚊工作。

Abstract:Objective To get to know the species, density of the mosquito vectors of dengue in Dongguan Port as well as to improve the inspection of the vectors of dengue and prevent the dengue fever outbreak. Methods To count the mosquito density by means of collecting its eggs in Dongguan Port, and inspect mosquito larvae in houses. Results 586 larvae had been captured totally, among which 540 larvae belonged to Aedes albopictus. The mean mosquito density was 2.52 per container, the mean house index was 80.47%, the container index was 56.03%, and the mean breteau index was 13.79. Conclusion Aedes albopictus was the main species vector of dengue in Dongguan Port in 2005. The mosquito density was high from July to October, and the breteau index exceeded 20 in July which indicated that there had a potential dengue risk, and some measures for mosquito control should be taken.
