| 摘 要： | [目的]评估中药瘦身胶囊的减肥效果。[方法]应用自身配对,比较减肥前后体重,体重指数(BMI),腰围等变化.[结果]观察35例,减肥前后体重分别下降了1.73～4.54Kg,经自身配对分析,差别显著(P<0.01),体重下降的中位数为1.56Kg;体重指数(BMI)减少0.33～1.73(P<0.01),腰围缩小2.54～12.70cm.腰围缩小与体重减低两者间,本次未发现存在相关关系(rs=0.45,P>0.05)。[讨论]本胶囊减肥效果较理想,不失为一种较好的减肥中药,且值得进一步在减肥、BMI、腰围与体重减轻关系诸方面做深入的分析和研究。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective] An assessment on an efficacy of herbal slim capsule for weight loss in toronto. [ Methods] By mean of self- paired analysis, weights, body mass index （BMI） and waist~ changes were com- pared respectively before and after weight loss. [ Results ] After observers were make self - paired comparison, theirs weight was reduced 1.73 - 4.54Kg（P 〈 0.01 ） respectively, majority were close in 1.82 - 2.27Kg, medium was 1.59kg; BMI was lowered 0.33 - 1.73（P 〈0.01 ） ; the waistline was reduced 2.54 - 12.7cm. there was no relationship between waistline reduce and weight loss （rs = 0.45, P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusion] The slim capsule is more idealist because its period is only 2 weeks and work well. meanwhile, it is worth of analy- sis and further study on weight loss, bmi and relation of waistline versus weight loss in the future. |
