地塞米松在尿道扩张术中的增效作用

目的探讨地塞米松口服应用于尿道扩张治疗尿道狭窄的临床效果。方法对44例尿道狭窄病例分三组:口服地塞米松联合尿道扩张(A组),尿道灌注地塞米松辅助尿道扩张(B组),单独行尿道扩张(C组),疗程6个月。按治愈标准作对比。结果A组17例治愈,1例疗效欠佳;B组8例治愈,2例疗效欠佳;C组11例痊愈,5例效果欠佳。每两组经二项分布检验显示A组与C组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论地塞米松口服联合尿道扩张治疗尿道狭窄的疗效优于单独尿道扩张治疗尿道狭窄,且患者依从性好。

Oral dexamethasone in combination with urethral dilation for the treatment of urethral stricture

Objective To explore the effect of combined therapy with oral dexamethasone and urethral dilation for urethra! stricture. Methods 44 patients are divided into three groups: oral dexamethasone combined with urethral dilation (group A, n = 18); urethral instillation of dexamethasone combined with urethral dilation (group B, n = 10) ; only urethra! dilation (group C, n = 16). Therapy lasts 6 months. The assessment of cure effect depends on complete cure of stricture. Results 17 cases were cured in group A; 8cases in group B (8/10) and 11 cases in group C (11/16). Significant difference of clinical effect were shown between group A and group C by binomial distribution test ( P <0.05). Conclusion Combination therapy with oral dexamethasone and urethral dilation was a new approach for urethral stricture and super to single urethral dilation.
